Jo-E Cycles service center has technicians trained by Lankeleisi® to service the bikes you purchased, all parts and replacements are from the original manufacturer, most wear parts are in stock at our service center, so the turnaround is fast.


Our Warranty (New E-Bike)

Under normal circumstances, JO-E CYCLES will provide a series of WARRANTY for newly purchased E-Bikes.

  • Bicycle Frame: 36 months warranty

  • Battery: 18 months warranty

  • Motor: 18 months warranty

  • Controller: 12 months

  • Speed Sensor: 6 months

  • Paddle: 3 months


Return and Repair Policy: In addition to the above warranty

Maintenance policy:(Factory Defects)

180 Days from Date of Purchase - 100% of Parts, 100% of Parts Shipping, 100% of Labor will be covered.

6-12 Months from Date of Purchase - 80% of Parts, 80% of Parts Shipping, 20% Labor will be covered.

Our E-bike is built with a modular design in mind. All components on E-Bike utilize quick connectors and are easily replaceable. This includes the LCD screen, brake levers, motor brake inhibitors, throttle, motor and battery.

Virtually any regular cyclist would be able to handle replacing these components.

99% of the time we are able to identify any issue remotely, but new bike sometimes require very little adjustments(Gear, pump tire..) If you can't do enough on your own, visit a local bike shop and get minor tune-ups for a more enjoyable ride. 

Lankeleisi E-bikes are currently sold in over 12 countries. We are very confident in our products!!

Refund Policy for Merchandise:

  • You must have the original receipt for your transaction. If you did not keep your receipt or lost it, we may be able to find your transaction in our system. If it is busy, we may ask you to come back later so that we can serve you and our other customers better. We appreciate your consideration.

  • If your E- Bike purchased from JO-E CYCLES has been used, and are returning it within 14 days, based on the condition of the E-bike, JO-E CYCLES may charge some depreciation.

  • Discounted items are considered final sale, unless otherwise specified.

  • Items returned or exchanged must be in re-sellable condition, i.e. unworn and unused, and they must be in their original packaging. In other words, if you wouldn’t buy the item for the same price, in the condition that it is in, you can’t return it. No exceptions.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of the following items: gift card, labor, deposits and special order items.


Used E-bike Return Policy:

  • Used E-bikes are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return. Used E-bikes are tuned to their best condition before being sold, and are never sold with structural/critical defects. Buyers are encouraged to test ride thoroughly before purchasing.


Work Order Agreement and Conditions:

  • All estimates and quotes provided are subject to change. We will make every effort to contact you and inform you of any change in cost for your work order.

  • We want your bike to be perfect just as much as you do. However, sometimes things just don’t stay fixed. If a problem recurs, just come on back and we’ll see about making it right.

  • We cannot provide a warranty on flat tires.


Delivery Fee:

  • In-store pickup (No fee)

  • Assemble and Local delivery is $89.99 for each e-bike.

  • Shipping within Canada is Free.

  • Fat Tire models Shipping is extra charge from $179.99 Depends on YOUR AREA.

  • Shipping to the USA is $399CAD


Delivery Time Estimate:

We currently use Purolator for shipping out our E-bikes. After an order is placed, the shipment will be sent out within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Due to Covid-19, the shipment times may be affected but we will do our best to make sure orders are sent out in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Shipments within Canada can be expected to take up to 5-10 Days to arrive.

  • Shipments to the USA can take between 3-4 weeks.
